With our abusive childhoods, we HSPs can find it easy to stay “stuck” in confusion, overwhelming, strong emotions, and PTSD and treat all new relationships as being potentially abusive. And so we become defensive and protective.

Have you ever argued with someone? Where does all of that anger, fear, resentment, and hurt energy go after the argument is over? It lodges in our subconscious. It lives on in the words in the argument, in images, colors, sensations, muscle memories, emotions, and our interpretation of the argument— “I am worthless, he is abusive.”

Not an empowering way to create a relationship with ourselves or others.

PTSD is just an energy imbalance and when we are in it we are imbalanced too.

SELF CONTROL – SELF MANAGEMENT

We can shift our attitude and our situation by changing ourselves—inside and outside.
We can be aware of our thoughts, feelings, and sensations. We can honor them, learn from them, and free ourselves. We can change our habits, our reactions, and our responses.

We do this by walking into our subconscious. HSP’s can tune into their feelings and sensations and inner wisdom.

Once we let the energy and wisdom of our Inner Selves speak to us, we can clear the heaviness of anger, fear, depression and anxiety. Now we can feel free from our conditioning, our backgrounds, our family.

We can listen to our Spirit who speaks through our intuition, our awareness, our senses. We can play with the yearnings of our heart and do the activities that inspire, and bring us happiness.

One on one Coaching sessions and classes will allow you to dig deeper into your issues to uncover the truth of your personality, relationship problems, needs, and desires.

There are a lot of tools and techniques that I have access to or have created to assist in this cleansing and transformation.

Meetups, and Zoom calls will also help you explore your inner terrain deeply through art and poetry. Sharing your work will help you learn to trust yourself and re-learn trusting others.

In my private sessions, as well as Meetups and group classes and calls I also include, energy healings and personal readings. Since I have walked the PTSD healing path, I will also bring in PTSD healing experiences wisdom I have gained.

A STRONG NEW YOU EMERGES

Once we manage our emotions, a New Being appears. One who can manage your personal affairs, feel calm in a crisis and deal with it in a nonemotional way. This New Being will have self respect, a strong, positive self image, access to Inner Resources to guide and direct her life.
