When I was 40 my spirit talked to me- well it actually screamed at me. It said, “California” every 3 seconds all day and all night. It was still yelling in my ear as I feel sleep. It only stopped when I boarded the bus for California.
As I settled into California, my whole life changed. It was exciting and it fulfilled my yearnings for adventure, excitement, learning. It allowed me to meet people from many different cultures, backgrounds, philosophies, and to feel more a part of a universal humanity.
It opened the door to a new career, new levels of spiritual fun and knowledge, and forced me to develop new skills and become more resilient and self reliant. It was the spiritual growth I needed at that time.
I’m so glad I listened. My Spirit was directing my life in the way my logic never could. It definitely answered my heart desires.

I LOVE CHANNELING
When I started channeling I had no idea of the energetic power, peace of mind, and guidance I would gain by talking with Archangel Michael. It was like having inside access to the wisdom of heaven. It has remained that way through the years.
Every time I sit to talk to him or channel his advice for a friend, I feel totally blessed to be in his presence and be a conduit for his wisdom.

REIKI — ENERGY
Reiki means the “laying on of hands.” A practitioner lays her hands on you and assists the flow of energy though your body. A good practitioner will be able to even tell you where your energy is stuck and maybe even what message it has.
“It’s the perfect way to heal the body and restore your natural life force flow — your natural energy. You are a latticework of energies.” says Donna Eden in her pioneering book, Energy Medicine.
WHY USE ENERGY?
We are made of energy. Our bodies run on the same energy that runs the Universe, Earth and the stars.
Our normal tendency is to think, worry, and be in stress daily, but this blocks our energy flow. So we need practices and tools that reopen these energy channels returning us to health, mental clarity and aliveness.
There are many names and forms for this energy-Reiki, Access Consciousness, Kinesiology, Body Code-Emotion Code, Brain Gym, Energy Medicine and many others. I have been trained in several of them.
Once your stress has been subdued, your mental blocks removed and your energy flowing again, you can see your life and problems differently. Your thoughts will change.
Your will feel more alive, more energized and capable of handling your problems.
MY COACHING SESSIONS
The Reiki energy helps clear the block and installs new clean functioning energy to the body. I use some form of psychic reading, and Reiki in every coaching session I do. It helps the client get a clearer picture of his problem and creates an awareness of his mind-body-spirit connection.
